We are seeking a Janitorial/Facilities Operator for our manufacturing facility in Dublin, GA. This is an opportunity to become part of a family friendly team, in an expanding company with room for advancement.

What You'll Bring:
- 1 year of work-related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability of cooperation, leadership and willingness to assist fellow employees in a team-based work environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, always striving to achieve objectives and exceed expectations.
- Dedication to follow all safety policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of offices, conference areas, lobby, locker rooms in both manufacturing buildings.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, in both facilities.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in both buildings.
- Empty and disposal of trash in designated locations across both facilities.
- Clean high-traffic areas such as lobbies, break rooms – including microwaves, refrigerators, and production floors in both buildings.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters, in both facilities.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures in both buildings.
- Monitor and report any necessary repairs or possible hazards in both facilities.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained in both buildings.
- Carry out deep-cleaning tasks and special projects per schedule in both facilities – including floor waxing.
- Operate Floor Scrubbing Machine
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
