This position is located in DUBLIN, GA

Primary Work Tasks:

Ensure all safety precautions are taken and keep safety first for all operations.

Perform diagnosis and remedy actions for assigned breakdown on production and other supportive machines (forklift, cranes, etc.).

Perform maintenance activities as per the scheduled plan and instructions.

Identify areas for improvement in equipment and shop floor environment.

Carry out tasks aimed at improving the efficiency, safety and ergonomics of the equipment and work environment.

Contribute to root cause analysis of breakdowns.

Track spare part status and inform maintenance supervisor about requirements.

Knowledge & Experience:

Associate of Science in Engineering in the pertinent engineering discipline.

Related experience of at least three years with outstanding troubleshooting and technical aptitude.

Knowledge about PLC and control units.

Ability to use measurement devices like voltmeter, amperemeter, thermal camera, etc.

Sufficient familiarity with schematic hydraulics, diagrams/illustrations, mechanical drawings.

Knowledge about pneumatics and hydraulic systems.
