Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Quality Tech/Night Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality of our operations during the night shift. The individual in this role will be responsible for supervising night shift activities, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in quality control or supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect defects or inconsistencies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office suite

Responsibilities:
- Supervise night shift employees and ensure they are following proper procedures and meeting quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks on products or processes to ensure adherence to specifications
- Identify and address any quality issues, defects, or non-conformances
- Document quality data and maintain accurate records for reference and reporting purposes
- Work closely with other departments to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor night shift employees on quality control procedures and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency
