Job Description:

• Performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing visitors/callers to appropriate personnel
• Receives and routes telephone calls via multi-line phone system
• Provides clerical support to the buying staff in the Merchandising department
• Notifies appropriate contacts regarding telephone equipment issues

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Must be able to perform basic computer functions in Microsoft Word and Excel including data entry
• Good organizational skills
