The Director of Real Estate Services will direct the organization’s Real Estate strategy and operations, overseeing all aspects of leasing, property acquisitions, Display Design and Construction and Property Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Store Services and Display department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee agreements for real estate purchases, sales, and leases, coordinating with external vendors, surveyors, attorneys, and other professionals.
• Manage rental properties, ensuring tenant occupancy, timely rent collection, and resolution of past due accounts.
• Direct property maintenance operations for corporate and retail locations, including capital appropriations, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate and store services.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices to enhance departmental performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (management emphasis) or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate or interior design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as required.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
