Job Duties:
- Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals.
- Reviews and assists property associates in resolving open issues at the stores and answering questions from the store/managers related to maintenance expenses for their store(s).
- Interviews with potential contractors to set up as a contact for Property Associates.
- Compiles, completes and reports/submits invoice projections, budget figures and billing.
