Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations at the new facility in Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry or related fields will be a significant advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and oversee the daily production operations to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

· Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and equipment.

· Monitor production processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

· Manage and mentor production staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

· Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.

· Maintain accurate production records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with experience in the automotive industry being a significant advantage.

· Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
