Responsibilities for Warehouse Worker

· Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

· Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly storing goods in their designated location

· Conduct inventory cycle counts

· Reliably process the picking, packing, wrapping, and shipment of daily orders

· Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received

· Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition

· Monitor and report any missing, damaged, or lost inventory

· Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition

· Accurately maintain company database on all warehouse inventory

· Ensure a high level of Safety and Housekeeping

Qualifications for Warehouse Worker

· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

· Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for working primarily lifting and standing

· Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining a professional operation

· Hands on experience with inventory and logistics software programs to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and other company spreadsheet programs

· Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred

· Typing and record keeping skills necessary to enter data in inventory and logistics software programs.

· Customer service mentality is required to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard

Work schedule:

Monday-Friday

8am--4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Required)

Language:
