Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing profit and loss, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively implement process improvements while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Duties

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure products availability and minimize discrepancies
• Perform regular stock audits and coordinate with procurement teams for restocking
• Oversee warehouse staff, including training and scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure team compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Plan and optimize warehouse layouts to improve operational efficiency
• Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Schedule routine maintenance and inspections for warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and cherry pickers
• Address equipment breakdowns promptly to avoid operational delays
• Generate regular reports on warehouse performance metrics
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to shipping or inventory issues
• Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operation expenses
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency
• Managing data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reducing cost per unit, eliminating errors, including but not limited to 3PL’s
• Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient warehouse operations and cost-effective logistics solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
